Book on WhatsApp
Send us a message on WhatsApp with three things: where you're sending from, where it's going, and your preferred pickup date. That's it. No app download, no account registration, no forms to fill.

We'll confirm your booking within 1 business day and send you a collection window — a 2–4 hour slot when your items will be picked up or when to drop them at the nearest collection point.

Step 2
Pack & pay
Pack your items securely in a carton, bag, or suitcase. Fragile items must be bubble-wrapped — confirm this at booking and we'll remind you. Once packed, pay via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking. We do not accept cash, COD, or BNPL.

Label your parcel clearly with the recipient's name, phone number, and city. We'll add a Patwadi tracking label at pickup.

Step 3
Collection & transit
Our agent collects your parcel from the agreed point and loads it onto the intercity transport on your selected date. Patwadi uses scheduled intercity services — not individual couriers — which means your parcel travels in batches with other verified shipments, keeping costs low and reliability high.

Delhi ↔ Chandigarh, Punjab routes 24hr dispatch
Himachal Pradesh routes (Mandi, Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala) 48hr dispatch
Uttarakhand (Dehradun) 48hr dispatch
Jammu & Kashmir routes 72hr dispatch

Live WhatsApp tracking
You'll receive three automatic WhatsApp updates during your shipment:
Collected — your parcel has been picked up and loaded
In transit — en route to destination city
Arrived — at destination, ready for collection
No tracking number to remember. All updates go to the sender's WhatsApp number by default. Reply to any update message to reach our team directly.

Step 5
Schedule your pickup
Once your parcel arrives, our destination agent holds it securely. You'll get the "Arrived" WhatsApp message with the agent's contact and location. Reply to schedule your preferred pickup time — no rush, no extra charge for holding up to 48 hours after arrival.

Frequently asked questions

The following are strictly prohibited on all Patwadi shipments:
  • Dangerous goods — flammables, explosives, fireworks, compressed gas cylinders, lighter fuel, matches
  • Weapons & ammunition — firearms, airguns, knives, blades, tasers, or any part thereof
  • Hazardous chemicals — acids, corrosives, pesticides, bleach, industrial solvents
  • Lithium batteries — loose or uninstalled batteries above 100Wh; power banks above 20,000mAh
  • Narcotics & controlled substances — any item illegal under Indian law
  • Liquids — including beverages, oils, perfumes, and liquid food items unless hermetically sealed and declared
  • Perishables — fresh food, dairy, meat, items requiring refrigeration or cold chain
  • Live animals or plants
  • Cash, gold, jewellery, and high-value negotiable instruments
  • Original legal documents — property deeds, passports, wills (use a registered courier for these)
  • Pornographic material or any content illegal under Indian law
  • Fragile items without declaration — glassware, crockery, monitors, frames must be declared at booking and packed with bubble wrap; damage to undeclared fragile items is not covered
  • Oversized items exceeding our dimension limits without prior approval
When in doubt, WhatsApp us before packing. Prohibited items discovered in transit will be held and the sender notified — return shipping charges apply.

Cycles, mattresses, and oversized items require a custom quote — WhatsApp us before booking.
We accept UPI and cards via Razorpay — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Payment must be completed before your parcel is collected. We do not accept cash, COD, or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL). Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a WhatsApp receipt.
Book at least 48 hours before your preferred pickup date. During peak periods — semester end in May and November, festival breaks — slots fill up fast. We recommend booking 3–5 days in advance during these windows. Same-day or next-day bookings are not guaranteed and subject to capacity.
Our standard service is agent-hold at destination — your parcel arrives at our local agent's location and you collect at your convenience. The agent's address and contact are shared via WhatsApp when your parcel arrives.

Doorstep delivery to specific addresses is available for businesses on dedicated routes. Contact us at booking to check availability for your corridor.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date with:
  • Your booking details
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the contents and their value
We investigate all claims and respond within 3 business days. Note: damage to undeclared fragile items or items packed without adequate protection is not covered under our standard terms.
Cancellations are only accepted before a pickup agent has been dispatched to collect your parcel. Here's how it works:
  • Before pickup is initiated — free cancellation, full refund.
  • After pickup has been initiated (agent en route or parcel collected but not yet dispatched) — cancellation is accepted but a 30% reverse delivery charge applies to cover collection and return costs.
  • Once dispatched to the transit operator — no cancellations accepted. The shipment will proceed to the destination and must be collected by the recipient.
To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately with your booking reference. We'll confirm the status and applicable charges within a few hours.
No tracking number needed. You'll receive automatic WhatsApp updates at three milestones: Collected, In Transit, and Arrived. If you want a status update at any time between those milestones, simply reply to your booking confirmation message on WhatsApp and our team will respond within a few hours.
