Patwadi Terms of Service

Effective date: 14 June 2026

These terms apply to all bookings made through the Patwadi app or website.

1. Who we are

Patwadi Logistics LLP is an intercity parcel courier network operating on private bus corridors in North India. We connect customers with pickup partners (LMPs) and linehaul conductors to move parcels between cities.

2. Acceptance

By checking “I agree to Patwadi’s Terms of Service” before payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the booking.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book. You are responsible for ensuring the contents of your parcel comply with these terms.

4. Bookings and payment

All bookings are prepaid via Razorpay. No cash on delivery.
The price shown at checkout is final (subject to weight verification at pickup).
Bookings are confirmed only after payment is processed.
Orders placed after 10pm IST will be assigned a pickup partner the following morning.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancelled before pickup partner is assigned: full refund.
Cancelled after pickup is initiated but before linehaul: 50% refund.
No cancellation once parcel is in transit (on the bus). Parcel will complete its journey to the destination city.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

6. Liability

Patwadi’s liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to the lesser of: (a) the declared value of the parcel, or (b) ₹5,000.

Patwadi is not liable for: indirect loss, business loss, consequential damage, or sentimental value. This limit applies until cargo insurance is in place. Customers are advised to declare accurate values and not ship items whose loss would exceed this limit.

7. Prohibited items

See our Shipping Policy for the full list. Booking a prohibited item is a breach of these terms. Patwadi reserves the right to refuse, return, or hand over to authorities any prohibited item discovered at any stage.

8. Account and data

Your account data is handled per our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account in Settings. Active parcels must be resolved before deletion.

9. Changes to terms

Patwadi may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through Patwadi’s support channel. If unresolved, they will be subject to arbitration under Indian law.
